  • Price starts at $300 for 4 individuals. Additional individuals $50 each.

Terms & Conditions

By booking a session with Seaborn Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment

  • At this time, no retainer is required for scheduling.

  • Payment is due, in full, within one week of session. If not fulfilled, delivery of photos via online gallery will be delayed.

  • Payment is subject to change based on location, travel time, requests, etc.

  • In the case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, Seaborn Photography reserves the right to reschedule sessions.

Copyright & Image Usage

  • Clients receive personal usage rights for the delivered images (e.g., printing, sharing on social media, personal use).

  • Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

  • Seaborn Photography retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes via verbal or written consent.

Image Delivery

  • Standard turnaround time for edited images is 2-4 weeks. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

  • Final images are delivered in digital format via an online gallery. RAW (unedited) files are not provided.

Liability

  • In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or unforeseen emergency, Seaborn Photography will make every effort to reschedule or refund payments made.

  • Seaborn Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond control (weather, uncooperative subjects, lateness, etc.) that may affect the outcome of images.

  • The client is responsible for being on time and prepared for the session. Additional time will not be added if the client is late.

  • The client agrees to follow safety instructions during the session. Seaborn Photography is not liable for injuries, damages, or accidents during the session.
